Our Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how we work.

That said, in our experience as Bottineau real estate professionals, we've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our clients first. This means keeping ourselves accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we've found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Bottineau, Lake Metigoshe, and surrounding areas, please contact us!

Roger Nelson

I have been in business in the Bottineau area since 1974 as the owner of Nelson’s Furniture.  In 1999, I sold that business.  Since that time I have been in the real estate business.  In 2004 I obtained my Brokers License and purchased Turtle Mountain Real Estate.

I have served on many boards and organizations over my time in Bottineau. This experience gives me a keen knowledge of the Bottineau and Lake Metigoshe areas. I also have owned a home at Lake Metigoshe since 1979 and am very familiar with the lake and what has gone on there over the past 30 years or so.

Our company philosophy is to assist our customers and clients to the fullest extent possible. We will provide you with the most professional and personal expertise possible. We will always keep your interests our priority and make your transaction as easy as possible.

My name is Jackie Bullinger, and I am happy and proud to live in one of the most beautiful places in the Midwest. Even though I am not a North Dakota native, I have lived in Bottineau for the majority of my life. I have been married to my husband, Jay, for 25 years, and together we farm just south of Bottineau. We raised two sons, Nicholas and Zachary, who are both entering the work force as electrical engineers. As a family, we enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, and the summers at the lake; and we feel fortunate to live in a four season playground such as Bottineau.

I have had many years of sales management experience in radio, newspaper, and as a licensed real estate agent. I am a member of the North Dakota Association of REALTORS® and am the newest member of the sales team at Turtle Mountain Real Estate.

At Turtle Mountain Real Estate, we take pride in our individual service to our clients, and try to take some of the stress out of buying a new home. We believe in teamwork and family at Turtle Mountain Real Estate, and invite anyone who is looking to sell or buy a new home to call us, and to let us help you with all of your real estate needs. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
