I have been in business in the Bottineau area since 1974 as the owner of Nelson’s Furniture.  In 1999, I sold that business.  Since that time I have been in the real estate business.  In 2004 I obtained my Brokers License and purchased Turtle Mountain Real Estate.

I have served on many boards and organizations over my time in Bottineau. This experience gives me a keen knowledge of the Bottineau and Lake Metigoshe areas. I also have owned a home at Lake Metigoshe since 1979 and am very familiar with the lake and what has gone on there over the past 30 years or so.

Curtis L. Broe

Hi!  Wow, how time flies by!!  I’m originally from the Sherwood, ND area.  I graduated from Minot State University in 1982 with an Associate of Arts in Business (Mid-Management) with concentrations is Insurance, Real Estate and Computer Technology.  I started my career in the insurance business in 1981 and carry licenses in Property, Casualty, Life and Health.  I am currently employed as an agent on a full time basis in Towner, ND.  I acquired my Real Estate License in 1990 and own and manage several properties.  I was previously president of the Rugby Eagles.  I am currently a member of the Towner Fire, Ambulance and Rescue Service and have been since 1990.
